Have your say!

In a late bid to engage with the community, Veolia has informed the local press that they are holding a meeting with the public at the Grandstand in Lincoln, on January 26th. We understand the meeting is in two sessions – 11am – 2pm and 3pm – 6pm. You can help by attending and asking all your questions of the people who will be representing Veolia on that day. The press may attend at 5pm, – that would be a good time for us all to be there! Do please attend, it is a great opportunity to voice your concerns.

Welcome

An information portal about the proposed Veolia Waste Transfer facility, Lincoln.

Update: In January 2018 Veolia abandoned their appeal against planning refusal. As part of this withdrawal process StopVeolia (& LLRA) were awarded costs against Veolia, due to their unreasonable behaviour. We are hopeful that Veolia have realised that the activity they proposed is inappropriate in our community. LLRA hold a legal defence fund of circa £12,000 in the event that Veolia re-apply.
